Marlon Jackson echoed my feelings when he spoke of the troubles his brother faced at the memorial service today:
"We will never, never, understand what he endured," he said.
"Not being able to walk across the street without a crowd gathered around, being judged, being ridiculed. How much pain can one take?
"Maybe now, Michael, they will leave you alone."

I saw him at Wembley on his Bad and History tours. His performances were truly fantastic and I've yet to see better. Full of energy and feeling.
His has made his mark on the global music scene (and how many other artists can say that) and will not be forgotten.
