Most of us are being urged to go to the doctors to get the swine flu vaccine to protect themselves from the winer flu.

The NHS are warning us that this winter is going to be tougher due to swine flu and seasonal flu and they are encouraging us to make sure we get the vaccinations.

The seasonal flu vaccine is now available to everybody over 65 and people of all ages who have medical conditions , for example diabetes, heart disease etc. This seasonal flu vaccine is available from your GP.

The new swine flu vaccine is for people with medical conditions which place them at risk. Pregnant women, will be at heightened risk from swine flu. This means that some people need to have both the seasonal flu vaccine and the swine flu vaccine.

Make sure you keep safe and healthy this winter. Always remember to keep clean and wash your hands every time you go to the loo and if you cough or sneeze, make sure you catch it and bin it - to make sure this germs don't spread.
